Casteljaloux
Casteljaloux is a typical market town in the Lot-et-Garonne region of France. The town is steeped in history and is dominated by the Church of Notre Dame. This was originally built between the 12th and 13th centuries, destroyed by Protestants and rebuilt from 1682-1711. There are still some original buildings in the old town from the 15th and 16th centuries.

Activities
There are plenty of activities to keep the whole family happy. 2kms from town there is a large man-made lake. This has a sandy beach with swings and slides etc. There is a tennis court and mini-golf. There are pedaloes for hire and you can windsurf. There is a restaurant where you can relax on the terrace overlooking the lake.

Opposite the lake is an 18-hole golf course. This also has a clubhouse with terraced restaurant overlooking the green. In front of the golf club is a riding stable that caters for beginners and more experienced riders.
