Kermartin is a modern house all on one level. It is surrounded by large well maintained gardens and has views over the local historic town of Gouarec. Close by is the famous Lac de Guerledan and Abbaye de Bon Repos.

The cottage is a modern house on one level surrounded by large gardens with views over local countryside and Gouarec town. It is five minutes walk from the shops, chemist, post office, banks, restaurants and bars and the church. The house is very sheltered with terraces on both south and west aspects. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The large bathrrom has a bath and a shower cubicle, wash-hand basin with mirror and shelf over. There is a separate toilet.
The living space is open plan with dining and sitting areas. The corner kitchen is modern and well equiped with an electric oven and gas hob, a microwave and a washing machine.
Outside there is garden furniture and a barbecue.

Close by is the famous Lac de Guerledan where the facilities include fishing, swimming, safe beaches, water sports, boat hire, restaurants and bars. 25 klm away is the sophisticated town of Pontivy with a street market and good shopping. Quintin is also about 25 klm away with a historic centre and chateau.
The house is ideally situated close to the Nantes - Brest canal with its towpath for walking or cycling.
The Abbaye de Bon Repos is five minutes away by car where each August they put on a Son et Lumiere which is famous throughout Brittany.

Deposits are required when booking and full payment six weeks prior to arrival. Security deposit also required upon arrival.
