The Beach House is a small holiday house only 30 meters from the sandy beach of St.Pierre-la-Mer. The house is ideally situated; 5-minute walk from both St. Pierre’s town centre and the watersports centre.

The modern house has one double bedroom and one mezzanine with 2 single beds, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and WC and a walled south facing terrace with barbecue. Private parking is also very close at hand.

St. Pierre-la-Mer is situated in the Languedoc-Roussillon region (and Aude department) in the South East of France just above the Spanish border. This small seaside village is famous for its big market and its endless beaches. Situated on the foot of the La Clape mountain range, it borders the marshlands and salt lakes of the nature reserve formed by the estuary of the river Aude.

Just around the corner from the Beach House is "Sudwindsports" who offer a range of watersports activities inclduing kitesurfing, windsurfing, catamaran sailing, optimist sailing and canoeing.
