Our bed and breakfast is set in its own garden with two drives providing ample parking for all our guests.

Only a 5 minute walk to the Garonne river and 1km from the village of St Beat and 10 minutes by car to the Val d'Arran and Spanish border.

Large comfortable lounge/dining room available to guests at all times with coffee & tea available to guests as required. Log burning stove in Winter and CD player with range of CDs for guests to enjoy.

Two first floor bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms (one has an extra single bed) and cots available for babies.

Family/group suite with 4 single beds sharing a shower room and w.c. facing on the first floor.

One double room and one twin room on the ground floor providing easy access for guests who find stairs difficult. These two rooms are in a private hallway sharing a lovely new large shower room and w.c.

Large cellar providing storage and drying area for outdoor equipment.

Garage for cycles, motorbikes for guests who wish to use this.

We provide 4 course evening meals for guests who require this for 18 euros per person and 8 euros for children under 11 (please let us know in advance if you wish to dine with us).

St Beat is a lovely old, traditional village in the Midi-Pyrenees known as the 'Key to France'. The Garonne river runs through the centre of the village and is famous for its trout fishing, hosing national championships.

The area is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts and those who enjoy mountains and countryside.
